Shipping
- $5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders.
- Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Orders typically ship the same day. However, orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship.
- Weekend orders will be processed and shipped out the following business day (Tuesday).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please Note
- After your items have departed from our facility, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your tracking confirmation email.
We know sometimes things do not fit us like we were hoping for & we want you to love what you purchase from us! So- here's our return policy!
- No refunds.
- All sale/clearance items are final sale.
- We will gladly accept items for return within 14 days of receiving your item(s)- we can track this!
- Return items MUST be in new, unworn condition and without any makeup, perfume, deodorant or any other stains.
- Items MUST be returned with the tags attached or in the original packaging.
- We do reserve the right to deem returns excessive & not allow future purchases to be made. We are happy to answer any questions regarding fit, material or style of the item in question
- All orders are shipped out with a return policy and return form. You MUST fill out the bottom of the return form for the return to be processed.
- If the return form is not completed, you will not be issued a credit. This also helps us to keep up with the number of returns each customer has per month.
- Return shipping is nonrefundable.
- Items shipped to us AFTER the return deadline will be shipped back to you & your will be invoiced for the shipping, no exceptions!
- Credits will be issued in the form of a gift card to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
